Debe Flow Group acquires Anytech

Debe Flow Group broadens the group through the acquisition of Anytech Scandinavia AB.

Debe Flow Group is a group consisting of brands and companies with cutting-edge expertise in their respective areas. The Group is a complete supplier of Swedish-made equipment for water supply, geoenergy, water treatment, circulation, sewage and control and regulation technology for water-borne heating systems. In recent years, the Group has experienced strong growth and now has sales of more than SEK 400 million.

We are now taking another step in Debe Flow Group's history by acquiring Anytech Scandinavia AB. The company specializes in efficient machines and drilling equipment of high quality through both sales and rental. Anytech Scandinavia AB is located in newly built premises in Bålsta with a good opportunity for warehousing to quickly meet customers' needs. In addition, there is a workshop that takes care of the company's and customers' needs for service.

- We have had Anytech on the radar for some time and after a good dialogue, we now have landed in a very exciting acquisition. The work that the owners Mats, Helena and Stefan have done is impressive and we are looking forward how we can develop the company together. Some of the equipment is familiar to us, but the acquisition broadens Debe Flow Group and we can see many synergies between the companies.
